Questions

How much does it cost?

Contractor quotes are free. A compliance report is $295 per building, or $195 each for 3 or more. A portfolio review is $750 for up to 10 buildings and $1,500 for up to 50. Larger lists get a custom quote. We confirm scope and price by email before you pay.

What happens after I send a request?

We reply by email, usually within a business day, to confirm what you need. For a report or review we send the scope and price first. Nothing is billed until you agree.

Who sees my details?

Only we see a report or review request. For contractor quotes, your details and the building's estimate go to up to 3 contractors, and only after you tick the consent box.

How accurate are the numbers?

They are planning estimates from each building's own energy filing, not the city's official number. The method page shows every step.

Can you tell me what the fixes will cost?

The contractor quotes do that. A compliance report names the cheapest path and the gap it has to close.

Planning estimates only. Not legal, engineering or compliance advice, and not a determination by the NYC Department of Buildings.
